** All commissioned and paid photographic material shall be considered exclusive and form part of the magazine’s archive. The publisher retains the right to reuse such material freely in the future, both in print and digital formats.

*** The fee includes a low-resolution image gallery for use on the magazine’s website and/or Facebook account.

**** A selection of the material may be shared with commercial clients of the assignment strictly for editorial/social use, for the purpose of promoting the photographic work and the magazine issue.

PAYMENT TERMS

Fees will be paid within 30 days upon receipt of a valid invoice or receipt.

IMPORTANT: All amounts listed represent gross taxable fees. Applicable withholding tax will be deducted at source by Mulatero Editore, acting as withholding agent.

Certification of withholding tax payments made during the year will be provided to contributors within the statutory deadlines.

EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT

A contribution toward travel and subsistence expenses incurred for assignments agreed with the editorial team will be provided.

Eligible expense items and maximum limits are as follows. Reimbursement will be made within 30 days upon submission of a valid invoice/receipt.

All claims must include supporting documentation.

• Fuel: mileage reimbursement at a flat rate of €0.30/km
• Motorway tolls and special transit fees (tunnels, etc.)
• Accommodation: up to 3-star hotels, B&B basis, maximum €80 per night
• Lunch: maximum €15
• Dinner: maximum €30

Expenses not listed above, or trips not previously approved by the editorial team, will not be reimbursed.
